The world we seek to build is one where individuals are free to follow their own dreams in their own ways, without interference from government or any authoritarian power.

Our goal is nothing more nor less than a world set free in our lifetime, and to accomplish this we are dedicated to expanding the number of Libertarian members until our ideas are implemented."

The Libertarian Party of Ventura County represents a large number of liberty-lovers in Ventura County who believe you own yourself and that the use of force is not acceptable in a free society. 

We are an affiliate of the national Libertarian Party (lp.org), which is the largest alternative political party in the nation, excluding the two legacy establishment parties, both of which, unfortunately, do not support freedom nearly as much as the Libertarian Party does. We are also affiliated with the Libertarian Party of California (ca.lp.org). 

More and more freedom lovers are learning about the Libertarian Party, which has been the most successful alternative party since it was founded in 1971. It is currently the fastest growing party in the country. Do you share our beliefs? We encourage all liberty-lovers to check out the Libertarian Party, and if it is right for you, then take any or all of the following actions:
